Coordinator of a diabetes education program and works with patients with diabetes, develop , plan monthly calendar for diabetes self-management education class series, for an ADA accredited diabetes education program. Deliver monthly diabetes education presentation to motivate patients in changing self-care behaviors. Work closely with Endocrinologist in educating patients on disease process and improving delivery of care in an outpatient hospital based clinic.
